3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:*3.1 The Bidder must be a manufacturer, and agency bidding is not accepted.
*3.2 The Bidder shall provide a copy of the business license (business registration certificate) or business license certificate.
*3.3 The Bidder shall have a manufacturing performance similar to the contents of this bidding from January 1, 2021 to present, and provide a list of such performance. The Bidder must issue copies of relevant sales contracts (including the beginning and ending pages, seal pages, equipment name, model and list page) as supporting materials.
*3.4 The Bidder shall provide the basic account opening certificate materials and the original or copy of the bank reference letter issued by the deposit bank of the Bidder's basic account within 3 months before the deadline for submission of bid.
*3.5 For Bidders within the customs territory of the People's Republic of China, it shall additionally provide:
1) The Bidder shall provide the basic bank account opening license (for newly established or newly opened enterprises, it is not applicable to the pilot areas where the People's Bank of China cancels the issuance of the basic enterprise account opening license).
2) If the Bidder is listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the people's court before the deadline for bidding, its bid will be rejected. The Bidder shall provide supporting materials such as website screenshots or reports. Inquiry method of defaulter information: "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn).
