Note: The copies of the above documents must bear the official seal. If any documents are missing, the procurement agency will refuse to provide the bidding documents.
Bid documents for sale

2) Sale Location: All qualified suppliers who wish to participate in the bidding must log in to the Shanghai Cairui Bidding Platform (http://www.cairuibidding.com.cn/CrZtb/portalweb/index) homepage within the specified time frame to download the "User Manual - Supplier" for free. They should then follow the instructions in the manual to complete the free real-name registration. After registration, they can log in to the platform, make online payments (to purchase the bidding documents), and download the electronic bidding documents for free. No further processing will be conducted after the deadline. Bidding documents that fail to obtain the required bidding documents in accordance with the regulations will be rejected.
Note: The bidder must ensure that the documents required to obtain the bidding documents and the information provided are true, complete, valid, and consistent. Any losses related to this project arising from the submission of false materials or incorrect information by the bidder shall be borne by the bidder.
