3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1. Tenderers who comply with article twenty-six of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on tendering and bidding";
3.2.The bidder has the qualification and ability to design and manufacture gantry cranes for container railways, and a copy of the special equipment manufacturing license with the official shall be provided in the bidding documents.

3.4According to the "Notice on the Implementation of Joint Disciplinary Measures against Dishonest Persons in the Field of Tendering and Bidding" by nine departments including the Supreme People's Court, bidders shall not be persons who fail to perform their obligations. The tenderer (tendering agency) will conduct a search for the bidder's credit information (specifically based on the search on the "Credit China" website www.creditchina.gov.cn on the day of bid), and if the bidder is a person who fails to perform their obligations, the bid evaluation committee will reject their bid.
